Sharing a Document


 
  1. You may share a document with a non-member of OfficeClip. From the main Document screen, select the checkbox next to the relevant document name and click Share.



  2. Enter the email address of the person you would like to share it with. You can also include a personal message. For security you have to option to use a password and have a copy sent to you. Click on Share when finished.



  3. The recipient will receive an email similar to this one, with a link to a page containing the document.



  4. If a password was set, enter the password and click Submit.



  5. The shared document can now be accessed.



  6. If you would like to view the list of all files set to be shared, and with whom these files are shared, click Shared Files from the main Document screen menu.

  7. A full list will be displayed. From here, you can remove sharing from any of the document files.
