Adding Details, Comments & Attachments


 

Details

  1. You can add details for any day's expense entry by clicking on the Details link beneath the expense entry field.



  2. A task details window will pop up.
  3. Click Done.
 

Comments

  1. You may add comments regarding your expense in the field beneath the subtotal of hours. These comments will be visible to the approver.
  2. Use this section to explain anything unusual about your expense to your approver.

 

Attachments

  1. You can add or edit saved attchments to your expense by clicking the Edit Attachments link.



  2. A new window will pop up.
  3. Click Browse to find the documents you wish to attach, and then click Upload.
  4. Repeat this process if more than one document needs to be attached.
  5. Click Close when finished, to return to the expense.



  6. Attached documents can be viewed by clicking View Documents.
