Archiving an Expense


 
  1. Use this feature to save space, as well as move approved expenses to your archives.
  2. Click on the checkboxes next to the expenses to select the files you wish to archive.
  3. Click Archive at the bottom of the Inbox/Outbox screen.



  4. To access archived expenses, click Archived T&E at the top of the screen.



  5. To return to the main time reporting screen click back on Inbox/Outbox.
