Filling Out an Expense |

- Select the Week Starting date for which you wish to
log time from the drop down menu.
- Select the Customer/Project (client abbreviation and job number)
from the drop-down menu. This will display the list of jobs the finance department
has entered.
- Select the corresponding task from the Expense Type;
drop-down menu.
- Repeat for multiple Jobs/Tasks.
- Enter the number of hours you worked for each day of the week.
Totals will be calculated automatically.
