Web Timesheet General Admin

Admin can modify Profile, Workflow, Tasks, Rates and Rules of Timesheets.

To modify the general timesheet properties, click on Web Timesheet General
Administration in the Admin section of Time & Expenses.

Profile : Adjust the profile characterisics, which will be inherent to
all timesheet users and click Save & Continue.

Workflow: Select the users you wish to update and click Update.

A window will pop up to allow you to modify their settings. Select the
appropriate routing and the desired routing order, and select whether to have
the users notified if the timesheet is approved, rejected, or submited. Click Submit.

Click Continue.

Tasks: Admin can define tasks with Task Code, Task Name, Billalbe and
Modifiable options, as well as assigning it to a certain client or project. A
header and footer may be created also. Click Save & Continue.

Rates: Admin can set up the cost per hour and billing rate per hour for
all the members in the group.

Rules: Rules defining users' hours, and time can be added and deleted.
